We guarantee the possibility of returning all clothing except underwear and care products which cannot be returned. You can return an unworn product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please submit a return authorization request through your The Elevation Store account. You also have the option of contacting our customer service for assistance with the returns process.
To return an item, you must first request it. Send us an email to shop@elevationstore.fr with the reason for the return and any comments you may have.
Orders placed as a guest: If you placed an order as a guest, you must create a The Elevation Store account to request and manage the return on your own.
If you prefer not to create an account, you can also contact our customer service, who will happily help you return the product(s) in question.
