All our shipments are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
We ship in France with Colissimo and Chronopost and internationally with FEDEX , delivery companies which will provide you with a tracking number by email. This number will allow you to track your package until it arrives at its destination.
All orders placed before 3 p.m. can be delivered the next day before 1 p.m. to your home, if you choose this option at checkout.
Prices on the site are originally expressed in euros and can be displayed in other local currencies by selecting from the menu at the top right. These prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order but exclude delivery costs.
For international orders where customs fees are required, prices include import fees and taxes that may be due in the destination country.
Delivery rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Prices applicable internationally:
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country and weight of the order.
Upon receipt of the order, the user will check the conformity of the products received in execution of his order. Any anomaly concerning delivery (namely: missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must be indicated:
- Firstly, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature to Chronopost/Colissimo.
- Secondly, any anomaly must be notified as soon as possible following receipt of the products to Elevation Store customer service.
